The Learning Specialist is essential to Pandora and will centre on focusing in three core areas. This role will support LMS/Learning Solutions, Talent, and Inclusion & Diversity and Capabilities efforts and will have a large amount of exposure throughout various functions in the organization. The role demands a self-driven can-do mindset, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a commercial mindset. Furthermore, the ideal candidate will have experience across multiple business functions.
Some of the key accountabilities will be:
- Co-create talent strategy which includes and is not limited to identifying and developing initiatives around competency and capability building, leadership development, career conversations, developing high performing teams, succession planning, inclusion and diversity, and more!
- Proactively partner with business stakeholders to identify gaps, define talent strategies, and support the delivery of cluster objectives.
- Design multi-media learning materials for a broad range of learners including retail teams and employees in office locations.
- Design E-Learning solutions within our Learning Management System (LMS).
- Influence and ownership of Capability Building design by creating graphics, illustrations, and other visuals to represent complex content, facts, processes, and procedures.
- Build, plan, and lead activities to engage employees and increase the company culture based on values.
- Regularly assess talent and development activities to ensure their effectiveness and success at achieving desired outcomes.
- Partner with wider HR team on strategic projects that impact talent and development processes and systems.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communication, Psychology, Retail, Business Administration/Management or similar.
- Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in a similar Talent role.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Talent best practices.
- Project management experience and strong time management skills.
- Experience designing and developing learning and development training materials virtually, in-person and digitally.
- Familiarity with traditional and modern development methods of talent assessment, selection, development, succession, Inclusion & Diversity, and leadership.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels.
- Ability to present training materials - engaging public speaker.
- Proficient in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate, creative/graphic design software solutions and various learning management systems is an advantage.
- Experience within an international retail organization is a plus.
