자격요건
- 디지털 또는 크리에이티브 에이전시 또는 종합광고대행사에서 유관업무 경력자 또는 관련 업무 경력자 (4~7년차)
- BI 또는 CI 브랜딩 유경험자
- 공간 디자인과 (행사장, 무대, 배너, 오프라인대형인쇄물) 리플렛안내물인쇄경험자우대
- 비주얼감각과디자인이해도및실력을겸비하신분
- 최신디자인트렌드를꾸준히익히시는분.
- 새롭게시도하고변화에유연하게대응하는업무방식이불편하지않으신분
- 피드백을 받고, 디자인뿐아니라크리에이티브아이디어를적극적으로제안할수있는분.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Adept in creating graphics for both online & offline outputs
- Ability to ideate, conceptualize and design
- Fast and Meticulous designer
- Team player, ability to adapt to company culture and work well with others
- Able to communicate clearly to line manager and wider teams on deliverables and projects
- Comfortable designs for wide-format print materials such as Posters, Convention Banners, Stage Backdrop, Booth wrapping, etc.
- Well organized and a Self-starter
- Good knowledge of handling and setting up offline print materials for print
- Detail-oriented with good attention to detail
Knowledge and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field
- Minimum of 4-7 years of as a graphic designer or in a related field.
- Demonstrate strong graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Indesign. Mobile editing platforms is a plus.
- A strong eye for visual composition.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
- Understanding of marketing, production, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and large format printing, leaflet & brochure design
- Able to work in fast paced agency environment.
