KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Concept and lead execution of outcome-oriented content and engagement strategies for new release & catalog, music content platforms, social creative campaigns on MMUSIC and its ecosystem channels in all formats and to a targeted audience
- Implement MMUSIC continuity, guidelines and positioning under brand business umbrella
- Coordinate and present ideas to both internal and external teams with structure and parity
- Proactively identify opportunities for content work to be created for MMUSIC ecosystem services
- Understand new social media content best practices and what other organizations and brands are creating
- Identify trends and patterns in user behavior associated with social content
- Stay curious and up-to-date with music marketing techniques and technologies
- Exhibit a natural instinct, love and skillset for writing, and the ability to build powerful stories through words and music
- Supervise and control content quality on all digital channels
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of experience making social-first content
- Consistency of ideas is required
- Experience creating groundbreaking social campaigns
- Bachelors in Advertising, Marketing or related field, required; equivalent experience in a relevant field required
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines on time
- Good team work and communications skill
