Job Description
- As a Real Estate Agent at RE/MAX Abacus Properties, your main goal will be to assist possible clients to successfully market their properties
- You will also scan the property market to estimate changes in values
- Furthermore, you will be asked to manage processes regarding but not limited to renovations, legalizations, mortgage lifts etc.
- Finally, you will also cooperate closely with lawyers, notaries, engineers, contractors, lenders and administrators

Key – Responsibilities
- Scouting and identifying investors with property needs to generate client leads.
- Developing a competitive market price using learned methodologies
- Creating lists for real estate sale properties (information location, features, square footage, etc.)
- Promoting property vacancies to attract prospect tenants
- Showing properties to potential buyers and renters and presenting purchase offers to sellers
- Facilitating negotiations between buyers and sellers and reviewing purchase contracts to ensure terms are met
- Liaising with legal counsels to prepare sale and lease documents
- Collaborate closely with agents from within and outside the office
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
Basic Requirements
What we seek
Our ideal candidate should have:
- Bachelor’s Degree on a related field (Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design etc.) will be considered a plus
- Working experience in sales or any engineering related field will be considered a plus
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English
- Ability to use standard software packages (e.g., Microsoft Office, One - Drive)
They should also be:
- Able to work independently and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able in organizational and time management skills
- Working with tact, discretion, confidentiality and diplomacy
- Pleasant and trustworthy
Good to Have
- Previous experience in the field of Real-Estate
- Knowledge of other languages besides English and Greek
- Marketing skills
- Seminars in Property Appraisals, Interior Design or relevant fields
