Amazon´s Transportation team is looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and customer obsessed Program Manager with strong analytical skills and planning experience to join our Transportation Capacity Planning team. The candidate should enjoy diving into data and recommending solutions to enhance the supply chain and drive cost efficiency. Position provides opportunities to influence one of the high visibility/high impact areas in the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create the weekly Linehaul & Middle Mile capacity plan and execute all the schedule.
- Create mechanisms to drive improved optimization on Linehaul & Middle Mile movement.
- The ideal person will define program strategy and work with senior business leaders on scaling and leveraging linehaul solutions.
- Analyze and solve operational barriers with a focus on understanding root causes and driving forward opportunities
- Identify appropriate performance metrics and ensure consistent measurement and accountability.
Support with the weekly Middle Mile & and External Fulfillment capacity plan and execute all the schedule.
Create mechanisms to drive improved optimization on Middle Mile & and External Fulfillment movement.
